famous for their rock ballads from the late eighties and
early nineties. For me, they constitute childhood memories
of a powerful voice singing hummable tunes along with
driving guitars. When I started buying CD's, Roxette
enjoyed a private revival for me as I rediscovered those
melodies and found many more. They've become one of
my favourite groups, and, although they're not as active
as they used to be, I've been watching their
developments with interest.
